Skinframe is a small operation. Every email is read by someone who works on the app, usually within a day, never longer than three.
Questions, bugs, feature requests, complaints. Please include your iOS version and a description of what happened.
For data-export requests, deletion confirmations, GDPR/CCPA inquiries, or anything about how your data is handled.

Before you write
Most questions are already answered in the FAQ, privacy, accuracy, dermatologist reports, pricing. If you're stuck on a specific bug, please include:
- → The iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- → The Skinframe build number (Settings → About in the app).
- → What you tapped, what you expected, what happened instead.
- → A screenshot if it's visual. Crop out anything you don't want us to see.

If something is broken on our end (rare, almost everything runs on your device), it'll show here. Right now: all systems normal.
