Questions, bugs, feature requests, privacy and data requests, press, or anything else. One inbox, read by someone who works on the app. Please include your iOS version and a description of what happened.
Before you write
Most questions are already answered in the FAQ, privacy, accuracy, dermatologist reports, pricing. If you're stuck on a specific bug, please include:
- → The iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- → The Skinframe build number (Settings → About in the app).
- → What you tapped, what you expected, what happened instead.
- → A screenshot if it's visual. Crop out anything you don't want us to see.
Status
If something is broken on our end (rare, almost everything runs on your device), it'll show here. Right now: all systems normal.
